Far too many club trainers do not teach the importance of basic human movement, whether with bodyweight or external resistance. They either do not have the knowledge or believe their client is unable to learn how to perform squats, lunges, push ups, pulls, etc. At Primal Gym, you will perform fundamental bodyweight movements with a progression to external resistance. We will engage in free-weight lifts that require intense physical and mental efforts. This is the recipe for a better body!
