Saturated fats have been demonized for far too long, and it's time to set the record straight. We're told that saturated fats automatically increase bad cholesterol, heart disease, and body fat. While it is true that saturated fats have their precautions, its dangers are not automatic. We can choose the leaner versions of saturated fats, i.e., lean red meats, low fat milk, and low fat yogurt.
Meal planning is crucial in our busy lives, so don't make it harder by eliminating this primal food source. Future tips will illustrate how our ancestors lived healthy lives in spite of regularly consuming foods containing saturated fats.
